The Comanche Home was a project originally started by another construction firm. Due to the complicated nature of the project, Tall Pines Construction was brought into the project during framing. Combining Modern Design with on of a kind Energy Systems ensured that this was a fun and challenging project. This home has unsurpassed southwestern views of the Salt Lake Valley. While a sheer wall of glass would typically be a recipe for disaster on the south side of any home, the Comanche project is able to efficiently heat and cool on the most extreme of days. This is possible because or the passive solar design, custom glazing, impressive insulation, and radiant floor and ceiling heating and cooling provided by the geothermal HVAC system.
One of the great things about building modern is that we get to showcase our precision and detail. Every line must be straight and crisp. Details that would not be noticed in a typical home become the features. Carpenters and Subcontractors are able to showcase their skilled work and craftsmanship.
